VajraYogini Practice: monthly meditations on the short sadhana with Lama Yeshe Ling, Canda. The second Wednesday of each month at 4 pm GMT/ 8 a.m. PST/ 11 a.m. EST. We will use the short or Long sadhana composed by Lama Thubten Zopa Rinpoche available from fpmt.org. 15th -17th May – Cultivating Loving Kindness with Lou Beaumont: Hosted by Land of Joy, UK. Experiential weekend: bodywork, meditations, discussions, singing; –exploring the source of ease and love within that blossoms when we give it to others. Online and in person. 21st – 28th August – Bodhicitta from our Whole Self. Hosted by Thubten Jamtse Ling in Sorens, Switzerland. Weeklong retreat – A week submersion in the experience of bodhicitta, the great big open heart/mind that abides within interdependent and ultimate reality. We will experiment with supplementing the traditional Buddhist meditations with somatic and attitudinal adjustments that complement the differences between the Tibetan Culture pre-1959 and Modern Industrial Culture — Recognizing that these differences impact the effectiveness of the traditional method, we will explore diving deeper: beyond theory and into transformative experience.. 24th -27th – September – Seven Point Mind Training. Hosted by Lama Tsong Khapa Institute, Pomaia, Italy. A weekend of meditations and commentary on Geshe Chekawa’s Classic text. This is one of our most treasured teachings on training the mind in relative and ultimate bodhicitta–He also offers a beautiful code of conduct and values., I feel so grateful to be able to share it with others one more time. 5th – 27/ 28th October. Vajrayogini Enabling Action Retreat – the 100,000 mantra count, fire puja and self-initiation. Hosted by Lama Tsong Khapa Institute, Pomaia, Italy. Advanced retreat– the Highest Yogo Tantra empowerment in VajraYogini is prerequisite.
